Oh how I love a dark twisted book and Monstrous delivers!
This book really has it all; gods, monsters, witches, dark academia, romance, murder mystery and strong female friendships. Nicole M. Rubino does an incredible job bringing so many unique characters to life. I loved the growth the characters showed throughout the book and it made them all the more real to me. The relationship between Nick and Rhi is a delicious slow burn but when it finally ignites, oh boy does it explode. Now the ending left me shook but luckily book 2, Venomous, is out now and trust me you'll want to read it.
