Catherine Cowles had done it again, there is just so much to love about this book and the whole Sparrow Falls series. I adored Sutton and Cope, and this book has the perfect blend of suspense, humor, emotion and spice.
Sutton is such an incredible mother, and her son Luca will steal your heart every scene he's in. Seriously, this kid is the sweetest! I loved how Cope bonds with Luca and the scenes with all three of them together brought such a smile to my face.
Throughout the book you get to meet the Colson family including the hilarious Grandma Lolli, and each of these characters is so beautifully written that you will love them all. When Sutton and Cope finally let their walls down, they are explosive together. The suspense keeps you guessing throughout and I was shocked by some of the twists. It is such an incredible book, and I cannot wait for the next one to come out.
